Roam About Switch Manager

Hi all,

I have Roam About Switch Manager version 7.1.5.2.0 today I had to reboot
the server and I can't reload the application.

It says:
Server information:
Initialization Failure: One or more server modules have not started
successfully. This can lead to failures when accessing and viewing data.
Please check the log.

In the Log:

Not me I'm afraid Hugo, but if you end up having to, you can reinstall
RASM, you can pull the config back from the RBT unit into RASM.

Hi all,

Found one solution.

stop the service
Delete the services-db folder in the c:\program files\enterasys
networks\RASM\ directory
start the service
